Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Temenos Solution Architect to join our team. As a Temenos Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive banking solutions using Temenos software. You will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- 1. Design and propose comprehensive banking solutions using Temenos software, aligning with clients' business requirements and strategic objectives.
- 2. Develop and maintain the overall architecture of Temenos-based solutions, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.
- 3. Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, identifying opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiency.
- 4. Work with implementation teams to ensure successful solution delivery, providing technical guidance and support as needed.
- 5.Collaborate with testing teams to ensure solution quality, identifying and addressing defects and improvements opportunities.
- 6. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
- 7.Stay up-to-date with Temenos software releases, updates, and industry trends, applying this knowledge to solution design and implementation.
- 8.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, delivery, and support, to ensure aligned solution strategies and effective solution delivery.
Requirements:
- 1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2. Minimum 8-10 years of experience in banking software solutions, with at least 5 years of experience in Temenos solution architecture and implementation.
- 3. In-depth knowledge of Temenos software, including T24, Temenos Transact, and Temenos Wealth.
- 4. Strong understanding of software architecture and design principles, including microservices, APIs, and cloud-based solutions.
- 5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- 6. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.
