Develop multi-year dairy category strategies with cross-functional stakeholders Design strategic roadmaps for selected dairy raw materials Lead global sourcing governance and supplier engagement Negotiate contracts for competitive pricing and reliable supply Manage supplier segmentation, rationalization, and risk frameworks Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field At least five years in purchasing or strategic sourcing Food or packaged consumer products manufacturing experience valued Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills Fluent French and English; multicultural experience Bring strategic sourcing, negotiation, and dairy category expertise to Lactalis’s global procurement team in Laval.
