NORR’s Transportation Studio develops aviation, transit, and multimodal hub solutions worldwide. This Project Manager plans and manages projects while coordinating architectural and engineering disciplines. The position monitors performance, forecasts revenue, and maintains contractual commitments on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate and control project scopes, schedules, deliverables, and budgets
- Develop detailed work plans across architectural and engineering disciplines
- Lead quality assurance and control for drawings and specifications
- Coordinate constructability issues with contractors and building authorities
- Maintain client relationships as primary project liaison
Requirements:
- Five to ten years of project work experience
- Experience in project management and client management
- Understanding of project accounting and revenue forecasting
- Knowledge of architectural, engineering, M&E, and structural systems
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal skills, flexibility, and resourcefulness
