Retail & ERP Systems Analyst

to join our Information Technology Services team. This role will take primary ownership of technology solutions supporting PSI’s growing retail technology ecosystem. The successful candidate will be responsible for system integrations, partner onboarding, technical support, data synchronization, troubleshooting, monitoring, and continuous platform improvements. In addition to retail technology responsibilities, this position will support our NetSuite ERP environment, enterprise integrations, and technology projects across the organization. Retail Technology & Systems

Take day-to-day technical ownership of PSI’s retail technology applications and integrations. Support the continued expansion and operation of retail technology solutions. Manage technical onboarding and integration of new business partners. Monitor integrations, synchronization processes, system health, and data quality. Investigate and resolve application, integration, API, and data synchronization issues. Coordinate troubleshooting and issue resolution with business partners, internal teams, technology providers, and external development partners. Maintain technical documentation, configurations, integration specifications, and support procedures. Identify recurring issues and implement improvements to increase platform reliability and scalability. Development & Technology Roadmap

Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Data & Analytics, and other business teams to understand requirements and translate them into technology solutions. Coordinate development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support of system enhancements. Support integrations with new technology platforms and partners. Contribute to the delivery of PSI’s retail technology roadmap and future capabilities. Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, UAT, implementation, and post-launch support. Identify opportunities to automate operational and support processes. Data & Integration

Monitor the completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of data across integrated systems. Troubleshoot data discrepancies and integration failures. Work closely with the Data & Analytics team to ensure reliable data is available for business reporting and analytics. Support API, database, middleware, and other system integrations. Assist with establishing monitoring, alerts, reconciliation, and data-quality controls. NetSuite ERP & Business Systems

Provide functional and technical support for Oracle NetSuite ERP. Support ERP enhancements, integrations, testing, troubleshooting, and projects. Analyze business requirements and recommend system and process improvements. Support integrations between NetSuite and other enterprise applications. Provide backup ERP support and contribute to knowledge sharing and documentation within the ITS team. Support & Vendor Management

Serve as a technical escalation point for retail and business-system issues. Coordinate with software vendors, developers, integration partners, and other technology providers. Track issues through resolution and communicate status clearly to stakeholders. Maintain documentation and knowledge bases to improve support effi
