As part of Restaurant Brands International, the Director leads technology adoption and deployment across Tim Hortons restaurants. By focusing on POS systems, network infrastructure, and IoT innovations, you’ll drive operational efficiency and guest satisfaction. This senior position requires collaboration with various teams to ensure successful, scalable deployments.
Key Responsibilities: • Define and lead restaurant technology deployment strategies • Oversee project managers and infrastructure specialists • Manage technology lifecycle planning and execution • Deliver technology solutions on time and within budget • Standardize deployment processes with best practices
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field • Experience managing large-scale QSR projects • Proficiency with POS and networking systems • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication for cross-team collaboration
