As a full-time position based in Toronto, ON, you will supervise the content operations team, ensuring high-quality standards across all captured media in 30+ markets. Your leadership will drive content retention for athletes and maintain a consistent publishing schedule. Partnering with creative directors and stakeholders, you will build effective processes that enhance the Brodie experience.
Key Responsibilities: • Publish weekly shot lists for all venues • Set capture standards for content teams • Oversee the pipeline from capture to publication • Build and document onboarding systems for new shooters • Review output and coach content creators
Requirements: • 5+ years in content or production operations • Experience managing multi-location content teams • Strong writing skills in Brodie's voice • Familiarity with short-form video culture • AI-native mindset for process improvement
