Key Responsibilities
• Lead development of decision science and data science teams
• Own and refine MAU driver models and forecasts
• Direct exploratory work enhancing MAU strategy
• Define analysis standards and review processes
• Collaborate with Data Engineering and Revenue leaders
Requirements:
• 10+ years in analytics or decision science
• 5+ years in senior leadership roles
• Strong skills in SQL, Python or R
• Extensive experience in engagement and retention analytics
• Familiarity with AI tools and Databricks Elevate Life360's analytics capabilities while building a high-performing team that leads strategic initiatives.
