As a strategic leader, you will guide the procurement function to ensure effective supplier management and risk oversight throughout the organization. Your commitment to sustainable practices and supplier diversity will be critical for driving BGIS’s success. You will also ensure the development and adherence to comprehensive procurement policies and provide ongoing training to enhance team capabilities.
Key Responsibilities: • Manage procurement during client engagements • Ensure vendor compliance and effective setup • Establish and maintain procurement databases • Lead compliance monitoring and reporting • Oversee team training on sourcing procedures
Requirements: • 10+ years of relevant experience • University degree or equivalent certification • Extensive knowledge in strategic sourcing • Exceptional negotiation and leadership skills • Proficient in procurement compliance standards
