Key Responsibilities
• Oversee sales and operations for a designated territory
• Ensure branches promote Nutrien products effectively
• Lead and coach the sales team to achieve targets
• Review sales forecasts and initiate corrective actions
• Manage human resources and hiring processes

Requirements:
• Degree in agriculture or commerce, plus 5 years of experience
• 5-7 years in farm supply marketing, including management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proven knowledge of agricultural industry practices
