This Moment, This Position

Colbr is seeking a full-time, office-based General Manager – People, Assets & Operations to lead day-to-day people management and operational execution across the company, with responsibility for team performance and accountability, workload and resource coordination, the day-to-day execution and follow-through of project and operational deliverables, policy and process adherence, training and compliance, and company assets and fleet management.

Our CEO/Senior Archaeologist spends significant time in the field leading high-level technical, regulatory, client, and strategic initiatives. The General Manager will act as Colbr’s daily operational anchor, driving end-to-end delivery, team accountability, and workflow consistency across the organization so strategic goals are systematically translated into daily results.
