Reporting to the VP of Merchandise, Equipment & Service, you will manage a diverse team focused on revenue growth and operational excellence. This role encompasses leading strategic business programs, developing go-to-market plans, and collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Finance. Your expertise will shape key performance indicators and enhance vendor relationships to maximize market share.
Key Responsibilities: • Develop strategic plans for product portfolios and business programs • Oversee pricing strategy and competitive analysis • Manage vendor relationships and product lifecycle processes • Execute marketing plans and sales enablement initiatives • Lead and mentor a team of Merchandise Sales Specialists
Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field • Minimum 7 years of experience in product management or related roles • Proven vendor relationship management and strategic planning skills • Minimum 3 years of leadership experience • Strong analytical and communication skills
