The Town of Tillsonburg seeks a skilled Project Manager for a 2-year contract to guide the significant Town Hall renovation project. This role requires expertise in municipal capital project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and contract administration with a focus on budget control. You will prioritize effective communication with internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities: • Provide leadership from inception to occupancy • Develop and execute project plans and schedules • Oversee all design, procurement, and construction phases • Administer CCDC contracts and evaluate compliance • Maintain comprehensive project documentation
Requirements: • Diploma in a relevant field or extensive experience • 4+ years of capital project management experience • Strong understanding of construction delivery methods • Experience with substantial construction contracts • Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office
