As a Lead Engineer, you will oversee engineering deliverables on treatment systems projects. Collaborating closely with the Project Manager and Sourcing Project Leader, you will lead a team of engineers, ensuring design accuracy and adherence to budgets. Your extensive experience will help drive commercial project execution from sales to closure and technical reviews on bid activities.
Key Responsibilities: • Manage a multi-discipline engineering team and project portfolio • Oversee engineering deliverables with formal review processes • Coordinate engineering activities using industry-standard tools • Engage suppliers for timely technical reviews and vendor selection • Foster collaboration through structured meetings and action plans
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field • 5 years of engineering project experience • Specialized in industrial processes and water treatment • Knowledge of EPC contracts and vendor management • Professional Engineer's License or eligibility to obtain it
