As a key member of the Bridges and Tunnels team, you will manage complex design projects and engage in technical direction throughout the engineering process. This position combines leadership, technical acumen, and client relationship management to ensure successful project delivery across Canada and the US.
Key Responsibilities: • Manage engineering deliverables for bridge projects • Perform inspections and develop repair recommendations • Provide technical oversight and guidance to team members • Conduct budget estimates and project scheduling • Ensure compliance with engineering codes and standards
Requirements: • Bachelor’s in Civil or Structural Engineering • 5+ years of bridge design and inspection experience • Licensed Professional Engineer in Ontario preferred • Familiarity with Canadian design codes and standards • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
