As the Manager of RBT2 Performance Analytics and Information Management, you will drive high-quality data capture and analytics across a multi-billion-dollar infrastructure program. Your leadership will ensure centralized information is timely, reliable, and supports evidence-based decision making. This position demands expertise in complex data integration and requires a proactive approach within a dynamic delivery environment.
Key Responsibilities: • Establish standards for timely and structured data capture • Oversee integration of contractor and internal data systems • Develop performance analytics processes for actionable insights • Lead a culture of data discipline across all teams • Ensure compliance with governance frameworks and program standards
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field • 5+ years managing large-scale projects exceeding $1B • Proven track record in data-driven decision making • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, InEight, Primavera P6 • Ability to implement effective data governance strategies
