In this role, you will foster customer relationships and ensure a welcoming shopping atmosphere. As a key member of the team, you'll assist with transactions, provide personalized service, and leverage your product knowledge to elevate sales. This position also emphasizes maintaining store organization while engaging customers effectively.
Key Responsibilities: • Deliver exceptional shopping experiences that foster loyalty • Process transactions efficiently at the cash desk • Assist customers with personalized product knowledge • Promote current promotions to enhance add-on sales • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
Requirements: • Preferred experience in retail or customer service • Strong communication and multitasking abilities • Passion for fashion and knowledge of trends • Team player with a positive attitude • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods
