This role within the Digital Treasury Strategy & Delivery team calls for a seasoned Product Owner adept in Agile practices. You will work with a skilled team to translate client journeys into valuable product features. Your responsibilities will involve prioritizing the product backlog and ensuring that solutions align with commercial client requirements while managing stakeholder expectations.
Key Responsibilities: • Deliver treasury initiatives through Agile methodologies • Manage and prioritize product features based on client impact • Facilitate stakeholder buy-in and change management • Support continuous improvement of treasury products • Analyze client needs to enhance overall service delivery
Requirements: • Relevant bachelor's degree and 6+ years or master’s degree with 4+ years of experience • Proven product ownership experience • Agile delivery skills including Scrum and Kanban • Knowledge of commercial client dynamics • Strong communication and negotiation capabilities
