This full-time role requires comprehensive experience as an acoustics subject matter expert, ideally in both operational and training contexts. You will design Operator Machine Interfaces, conduct data analysis, and improve product performance through rigorous testing and evaluation. Strong skills in software, hardware, and systems engineering will serve you well in this impactful position.
Key Responsibilities: • Design machine interfaces for new acoustic systems • Conduct acoustic data analysis and improve system performance • Lead operational testing and evaluation at GDMS and client sites • Develop and execute product training for acoustics operators • Create realistic test scenarios for product qualification
Requirements: • Engineering degree or equivalent experience • Operational ASW experience, including training roles • Acoustic analysis capabilities for multi-static classifications • Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills • NATO clearance and ability to travel domestically and internationally
