This senior-level role involves managing diverse projects and guiding teams through pre-FEED and FEED phases. As a key player, you’ll be responsible for the project's scope, schedule, and budget, while collaborating with external contractors and internal departments. Your expertise will drive Svante's initiatives forward, emphasizing safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities: • Oversee and execute pre-FEED and FEED project activities • Coordinate with clients, engineering teams, and contractors • Monitor project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans • Promote HSEC standards and project excellence • Build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels
Requirements: • 8+ years project management experience, 5+ in engineering • Strong background in managing larger-scale projects • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills • Engineering or related degree or equivalent experience • Skilled in managing project ambiguity and competing demands
