Lead pharmaceutical digital transformation through data architecture and stakeholder management for a Canadian contract manufacturer. Assess digital maturity before advanced technologies reshape operations.
Amaris Consulting seeks a Digital Transformation Lead to evaluate shop floor, IT and operational technology environments. You will define a multi-year roadmap covering data capture, traceability, integration and governance. The work supports aseptic liquid filling expansion and requires experience with MES, SAP, ISA-95 and GMP environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Map equipment, control systems, MES, SAP, LIMS and QMS environments
- Assess digital maturity using recognized reference models
- Trace data capture, review and trending across operations
- Define target architecture, sequencing, costs, risks and benefits
- Present findings and roadmaps to leadership and steering committees
Requirements:
- Degree in engineering, computer science or related field
- Ten or more years in pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing
- Five years in manufacturing IT, operational technology or transformation
- MES integration knowledge, ideally involving SAP ERP systems
- Working knowledge of CSV, ALCOA+, GAMP 5 and FDA 21 CFR Part 11
