In this full-time role, you will create and improve technical content, collaborating closely with engineering teams to understand features and technologies. You will lead initiatives for clear, concise documentation while mentoring junior writers. As a key member of the Documentation team, you'll engage with product managers to meet various documentation needs and contribute to content strategies.
Key Responsibilities: • Create and review technical content drafts and guides • Collaborate with engineering teams to understand product features • Lead documentation clarity and usability initiatives • Advocate for users to enhance workflow efficiency • Mentor less experienced writers to elevate content quality
Requirements: • Technical experience in software development workflows • Proven ability to create user-centric documentation • Strong track record in fast-paced environments • Skills in managing time in global teams • Familiarity with object-oriented programming or game development
