Lead the future of gameplay at Ubisoft as a Technical Lead, guiding a dynamic team in optimizing gameplay, animation, and UI. Your technical expertise will shape high-quality game experiences while mentoring programmers. In this role, you will direct the technical vision for gameplay and collaborate with your programming team to deliver innovative features. You will mentor and motivate team members, ensuring they have the right tools for success. Your contributions will include writing elegant code, providing technical oversight, and resolving complex issues to advance projects.

Key Responsibilities
• Define technical vision and plan the roadmap for gameplay
• Mentor programmers to enhance their technical skills
• Write high-quality, customized code for gameplay
• Review and validate technical implementations
• Communicate with cross-departmental teams and other leads

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 7+ years programming experience, 2+ years in technical leadership
• Proficient in C++, familiarity with C# and game engines
• Proven experience on a live game
