Key Responsibilities
• Lead a minimum of 15 fitness classes each week
• Execute sales strategies for new member recruitment
• Develop a strong coaching team and manage performance
• Create studio culture through community-building events
• Monitor cleanliness and maintenance standards rigorously
Requirements:
• Must have valid fitness certification from an OTF-approved provider
• 2-3 years of coaching experience essential
• Strong leadership and operational management skills
• Experience in sales and marketing strategies required
