Key Responsibilities: • Lead hiring and performance management for engineering team • Develop Ontario Electrical Safety Code and related documents • Facilitate communication and integration with cross-functional teams • Support powerline safety initiatives to minimize incidents • Provide operational consultation to stakeholders
Requirements: • Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or equivalent • 8-10 years' experience with 3 years in management • Knowledge of Ontario Electrical Safety Code • Strong communication and analytical skills • Proficiency in MS Office applications
