As a Discipline Lead at Arcadis, you will oversee drainage engineering initiatives within the Mobility Global Business Area. With a focus on project delivery, you will guide a collaborative team while ensuring high-quality and timely completion of stormwater management projects. Your efficiency in using advanced modelling tools will contribute significantly to innovative outcomes.
Key Responsibilities: • Manage and deliver drainage and stormwater projects • Supervise and mentor engineering team for project success • Develop technical reports, specifications, and designs • Engage with clients to understand and fulfill project needs • Contribute to business development in the drainage sector
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with P.Eng. designation • At least 10 years in stormwater management and drainage design • Demonstrated leadership in project management • Proficiency in hydraulic modelling and related software • Strong verbal and written communication capabilities
