Equivalent practical experience may also be consideredProven ability to thrive in collaborative, agile development environments, contributing to team planning, execution, and continuous improvementStrong problem-solving mindset, initiative, and creativity in approaching new challengesDemonstrated ability to solve complex, real-world technical challenges and innovate with large-scale data setsHands-on software engineering experience, with a strong background in full-stack development, building scalable, high-performance applicationsSolid understanding of software design patterns, system architecture, data structures, and algorithms, with experience designing maintainable, resilient, and high-performance systemsStrong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, React/Angular, and PostgreSQL; experience with any cloud such as GCP or Azure, Snowflake, GitHub Copilot is a plusFull-stack development expertise across UI, microservices architecture, and database technologies
