Key Responsibilities: • Oversee technology initiatives and operational readiness • Drive cross-functional execution and accountability • Coordinate dependencies across various technology functions • Facilitate operational review meetings and prioritization discussions • Manage vendor relationships and performance evaluations

Requirements: • 10+ years of experience in IT or technology operations • 4+ years of leadership managing cross-functional teams • Strong knowledge of enterprise delivery management • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and governance practices • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
