As a Maintenance Technician with 2-4 years’ experience, you will support our growing portfolio and ensure our properties remain in top condition. Your responsibilities will include fitting trim items, maintaining cabinetry, and performing general repairs. This role demands reliability and expertise, allowing you to work both independently and collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities: • Fit and install doors, molding, and hardware • Repair and maintain kitchen cabinetry • Conduct general maintenance and painting tasks • Utilize plumbing and minor electrical knowledge • Complete other duties as required

Requirements: • 2-4 years of experience in a similar role • Valid Ontario driver’s license and reliable vehicle • Effective teamwork and independent work skills • Renovation experience is an asset • General electrical knowledge preferred
