Manage service workflow and department operations Prepare quotes and open or close work orders Inspect and operate customer equipment during diagnostics Monitor monthly service revenue and expenses Hire, train, coach, mentor, and manage performance Requirements:
Five to seven years of progressive service, management, and business experience Knowledge of heavy-duty equipment dealership operations Strong occupational health and safety commitment Effective customer and employee communication skills Ability to travel and work around heavy equipment Bring agriculture equipment service leadership, technical judgment, and customer focus to Brandt’s Olds location while supporting department performance.
