As Chipotle continues to grow, we are looking for individuals eager to progress into General Managers. You'll gain hands-on experience in daily operations, leadership, and team training over a typical 50-hour workweek, with shifts including evenings and weekends.
Key Responsibilities: • Deliver top-tier guest service consistently • Train and mentor crew members in best practices • Oversee accuracy in all order deliveries • Manage daily operation tasks, including financials • Ensure cleanliness and readiness of restaurant space
Requirements: • Passion for excellence in guest service • Restaurant management background preferred • Strong leadership and communication skills • Adaptability in fast-paced kitchen environments • Physical ability to lift 50lbs and stand for long periods
