Key Responsibilities
• Create compliant employment documentation for clients
• Review current documents and tailor them to client needs
• Meet clients onsite to address documentation concerns
• Update knowledge of HR and employment law best practices
• Handle client complaints and investigate issues
Requirements:
• CHRP or CHRP in progress is required
• Experience in employment law or HR roles
• Excellent written communication and detail orientation
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines
