Key Responsibilities
• Support plant managers in daily manufacturing operations
• Deliver comprehensive monthly financial performance metrics
• Analyze product costing for new innovations
• Propose improvements for operational productivity
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and costing processes
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in finance or accounting
• CPA designation preferred or in-progress
• 3-5 years of finance experience in a manufacturing setting
• Strong knowledge of costing methodologies and ERP systems
