You will take charge of product direction within Autodesk’s PSET organization, focusing on AI-enabled breakthroughs that enhance user experience. In this role, you won't just manage tasks; you'll identify high-leverage opportunities, consolidate complex problems, and use AI tools to validate new approaches. Your hands-on experience with AI, coupled with a strong background in product judgment, will drive impactful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities: • Identify bottlenecks and propose innovative solutions • Define clear product directions from complex problems • Use experimentation to reassess existing capabilities • Create working proofs to validate proposed changes • Package results as visible proof points for stakeholders
Requirements: • 8+ years in product direction with technical environments • Proven hands-on AI prototype development experience • Strong ability to combine user needs with business context • Capability to influence teams without formal authority • Comfort in ambiguous, fast-evolving settings
