Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate preparation of prospectus and financing documents
• Ensure technical accuracy with advisory and audit teams
• Manage reviews and timelines with external parties
• Collaborate on prospectus documentation with offshore teams
• Innovate processes to improve efficiency and quality
Requirements:
• CPA certification or recognized equivalent
• Experience in public accounting or financial reporting
• Knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, and ASPE
• Effective communication skills in technical discussions
