Key Responsibilities

• Develop evaluation and monitoring frameworks for agent behavior
• Establish and advocate engineering best practices

Requirements:
• 8+ years in software engineering, specializing in distributed systems
• 3+ years in AI system development
• Profound understanding of LLM architectures and security risks
• Skilled in Python and TypeScript coding
