Design application workflows through business requirements analysis and process mapping with HR Service Jobs. Work arrangements depend on project and client requirements.
This Systems Analyst role connects business stakeholders, technical teams, developers, and end users. You will analyze workflows, document functional requirements, and support application solutions. The work includes process models, system evaluation, integration analysis, and implementation support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business objectives, operational challenges, and application requirements
- Design workflows that reduce manual work and improve productivity
- Create process maps, use cases, and data flow diagrams
- Document functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Support testing, validation, change management, and continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology or related discipline
- Understanding of systems analysis and application development life cycles
- Experience gathering, documenting, and validating functional requirements
- Knowledge of BPMN, flowcharts, UML, databases, and SQL
- Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, and critical-thinking skills
