Junior Inventory Specialist Focused on Data and Process Excellence

Join as a Junior Inventory Specialist dedicated to maintaining data accuracy and enhancing inventory processes. Conduct data analysis and drive efficiency in product management within a supportive team. In this position, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the integrity of inventory data while managing ERP/WMS transactions. You will identify financial impacts of inventory discrepancies and support continuous improvement initiatives. Furthermore, you'll coordinate counting processes and oversee product management training across teams.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct thorough inventory data analysis
• Track and reconcile ERP/WMS inventory transactions
• Manage WMS parameters specific to warehouse operations
• Develop and monitor performance indicators
• Lead initiatives for process optimization

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in administration or similar discipline
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in inventory roles
• Understanding of ERP systems; Business Central is a plus
• Familiarity with WMS technologies like HighJump
