Key Responsibilities: • Conduct reliable
monthly financial closing processes • Lead financial reporting and stakeholder audits • Optimize cost accounting and financial controls • Collaborate closely with operations for financial insights • Build and mentor a robust finance team as you grow
Requirements: • CPA designation is strongly preferred • 10+ years in finance/accounting roles • Experience in senior finance leadership positions • Deep knowledge of variance analysis and working capital • Background in manufacturing accounting practices
