Own quarterly team goals and guide engineers through ambiguous problems Collaborate on ideation, constraints, risks, and technical trade-offs Identify issues and lead project, process, and technology solutions Create metrics, monitor availability, and support on-call operations Improve standards through reviews, designs, writing, and tech talks Requirements:
Four-plus years developing and architecting web applications Experience with React or Vue declarative UI frameworks Proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript Hands-on GTM, analytics, experimentation, and conversion tracking experience Knowledge of performant systems, consent, cookies, tagging, and observability Apply senior frontend engineering expertise to privacy-aware web architecture, marketing instrumentation, and reliable consumer experiences at Affirm.
