Key Responsibilities
• Manage the underwriting process for various group products
• Evaluate applications based on risk assessment criteria
• Maintain key client and broker relationships
• Drive continuous improvement within the underwriting team

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of underwriting experience
• Proven leadership skills with a focus on team development
• Deep understanding of group benefits and underwriting principles
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
