This senior role involves working closely with the Strategic Communications Lead to drive the execution of a five-year strategic plan. Collaborate with leaders and program teams to develop communication strategies that resonate across the organization. Your expertise in storytelling and stakeholder engagement will be pivotal in translating business priorities into meaningful experiences.
Key Responsibilities: • Act as communications partner for strategic pillars • Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans • Translate complex objectives into engaging communications • Create diverse communication deliverables, from presentations to intranet articles • Advise leaders on communication strategies and stakeholder engagement
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, or related fields • 7+ years in internal or corporate communications • Proven experience in executing transformation communication plans • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills • Strong stakeholder management abilities
