Key Responsibilities: • Oversee complex project delivery from initiation to completion • Ensure performance and quality in project execution • Collaborate with Practice Leaders to drive best practices • Mentor upcoming project and technical leaders • Support strategic pursuits during planning and interviews
Requirements: • Required B.Eng or M.Eng degree • 12-15 years' experience in project management • Extensive knowledge of building codes and systems • Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities • Ability to secure necessary security clearance
