Manage construction planning, budgeting, execution, and closeout Maintain schedules, budgets, and project timelines Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and teams Monitor costs and implement cost-control measures Maintain documentation and records using Procore Requirements:
Minimum five years construction project management experience Experience managing projects from start to finish Understanding of construction methods, contracts, and financial management Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Office, and scheduling tools Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills Apply construction management, scheduling, budgeting, and Procore capabilities to deliver successful commercial projects with Mavacon.
