Lead financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting as an onsite Finance Manager supporting leadership and organizational growth. A designated CPA is required.
This hands-on Finance Manager oversees full-cycle accounting activities, month-end close, cash flow management, and process improvement. The position provides financial insights to operational and executive stakeholders while supporting business decision-making. Applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead month-end and year-end close processes
- Prepare financial statements and management reports
- Monitor performance and recommend actions to leadership
- Develop cash flow forecasts and financial models
- Improve finance processes through automation and technology
Requirements:
- Designated CPA qualification
- Strong accounting and financial reporting experience
- Full-cycle accounting and month-end close experience
- Advanced Excel and accounting systems proficiency
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
