In this role, you will support the Senior Import Manager with daily logistics operations. You’ll focus on team leadership, planning, and implementing optimal transportation solutions to enhance service delivery. Building relationships with vendors and carriers is essential for seamless execution.
Key Responsibilities: • Recruit and develop a high-performing logistics team • Oversee shipment coordination for timely and cost-effective delivery • Communicate effectively with agents and freight forwarders • Manage KPIs for enhanced performance visibility • Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies
Requirements: • Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain or Logistics • 5 years in import/export or logistics roles • Minimum 1-2 years in leadership experience • Strong organizational and analytical skills • Proficient in MS Office; SAP experience is beneficial
