Key Responsibilities
• Rental of storage units and agreement preparation
• Execute banking activities and manage financial transactions
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all services
• Supervise maintenance and oversee on-site projects
• Develop positive relationships with tenants
Requirements:
• Must have a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Background check mandatory for the role
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience in customer service or retail is advantageous
