The City of Red Deer is seeking a Corporate Asset Management Supervisor to enhance its asset management program. This role demands leadership and expertise in developing governance frameworks, managing asset information, and driving organizational change. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring reliable data and guiding asset management principles integrated with financial planning.
Key Responsibilities: • Lead and supervise the Corporate Asset Management team • Develop and maintain governance frameworks and standards • Implement and oversee the Corporate Asset Management Plan • Drive organizational adoption of asset management practices • Manage asset data quality and reporting systems
Requirements: • Degree in Engineering, Finance, or Business • 6 to 8 years of progressive asset management experience • Certification in Asset Management or related field considered an asset • Strong analytical and governance skills • Excellent communication and relationship management abilities
Contribute to the effective management of municipal assets and strategic decision-making in Red Deer.
