Candidates with 5 to 10 years of experience in insurance defence are encouraged to apply. You will hold carriage of significant client files and play a critical role in managing legal strategies. Key Responsibilities: • Handle Tort and Accident Benefits cases with client engagement • Ensure comprehensive documentation practices • Attend various litigation events and hearings • Collaborate with diverse stakeholders for successful case outcomes • Lead teams, including law clerks and legal assistants
Requirements: • LL.B. or J.D. from a recognized institution • Member of the Ontario Bar in good standing • 5 - 10 years specializing in Insurance Defence • Proven record of success in legal file management • Strong client orientation and organization skills
