We are looking for a candidate with 3+ years of experience in civil construction estimating. This role focuses on preparing cost estimates, analyzing project documents, and collaborating with stakeholders. Maintain organized documentation while monitoring pricing trends within the industry to ensure competitiveness in bids.
Key Responsibilities: • Develop precise cost estimates for civil construction projects • Analyze plans, specifications, and project documentation thoroughly • Collaborate with clients and project managers for effective bidding • Support estimating efforts using Bluebeam and Procore • Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing
Requirements: • 3+ years of experience in the industry • Strong knowledge of estimating and pricing in civil construction • Proficient in Bluebeam and Procore software • Able to read and interpret technical specifications • Excellent negotiation and analytical skills
