Key Responsibilities: • Build scalable API and web services platforms • Take ownership from design to implementation and testing • Mentor junior engineers and interns effectively • Promote high-quality development techniques consistently • Tackle complex design and technical challenges
Requirements: • 5+ years of experience in backend APIs and web services • Proficient in Java/Spring Boot, React, and SQL • Experience with customer-facing web applications • Advocate for test-driven development methodologies • Strong verbal and written communication skills
